  • How do I pay for the accommodation?
    We have credit card payment available (with a 5% surcharge) or payment can be by bank transfer or cheque.
  • How do I pick up the key to the accommodation?
    Please phone Janet to arrange key pick up.
  • What time is checkout?
    Check out is 10am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged with Lake Wanaka Holiday Services.
  • Are there any arrival instructions?
